Awesome place to get your oil changed at. They are very thorough, polite, knowledgeable and honest. They explained things to me in a way for me to understand not knowing much about cars. This has become my go to for car services. Jar-rel really stood out and made this experience the best I have ever had getting my car serviced.

Today I received Exceptional Customer Service from Malcolm. I was stressed with bringing the car in to get the breaks & rotors done. I had some other car issues, and Malcolm assured me everything would get fixed today. He made me feel comfortable, and at ease, afterwards I was able to relax while he fixed the repairs needed on the car. I appreciate his professionalism, patience, and assurance I would be able to drive the car today for work tomorrow. He did an Amazing Job!! I'm very happy with his service. The Manager was very helpful as well, and the price she gave was fair and reasonable for the repairs. I have been coming here for 3 Years and have never been disappointed with getting my car serviced here. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle to the Grease Monkey at whitlock for any vehicle service needed. I would give 10 stars if I could! A+++++. The best thing about them is they let you know what is wrong or what needs service, and let you decide there's never any pressure. I appreciate the honesty every time I go here. I went in for an emissions test only. While one technician performed the test, another entered the passenger side of my vehicle and removed the cabin air filter — a service I did not request. He brought the filter to me with leaves resting on it and told me the filter needed to be replaced. (Aside from leaves, the filter was actually nicely white and clean). I explained that I handle that maintenance myself and would not be paying for a replacement or additional service. He then reinstalled the same filter **without removing the leaves**, carrying it carefully back to the car so nothing would fall off and placing it back into the housing as-is with the leaves resting on top! There was a trash can right beside my vehicle, and simply turning the filter over would have allowed the debris to fall off. Instead, it was reinstalled with the leaves still on it!!! Reinstalling the leaves with the filter after removing it without authorization is unacceptable - and petty. I will not be returning for Any service. * Emission tech = 5 Stars for fast/efficient service Minus Crappy air filter incident = 0 Stars...

This location did not properly reinstall my splash guard, which resulted in it ripping off multiple times — once while entering the highway and again while driving on it. The entire front half of my splash guard is now completely torn off (see attached photos). I initially spoke with Ari Singletary, who I was told is the store manager. She asked me to come in to show her the damage, and I also sent her pictures by email. However, when I arrived at the store, she refused to come speak with me. Only after I insisted did she call her regional manager, Jarrell Daise, who told me he would “investigate the situation” and get back to me within 48 hours. It has now been five days with no response. I even contacted corporate, who said they instructed the location to call me by the end of the day — but that never happened. Now, when I call the store, I only get voicemail. When I call from a different number, they answer, which makes me believe they are deliberately ignoring my calls. Based on my experience, I would advise against bringing your car to this location. The technician does not seem fully trained in reassembling vehicles after service, the manager does not follow through on her
